Our beef and lamb are 100% certified organic.
100% organic pasture finishing offers many health benefits over grain finished animals.
Our cattle and sheep are grazed ONLY on annually inspected and certified high quality
pastures.
Our beef and lamb have NOT been fed any grain supplements.
Our beef and lamb have NOT received any growth promoting implants.
Our beef and lamb have NOT had any antibiotics. Animals that require medications are
individually identified and removed from the program.
Our cattle and sheep are always handled in a low stress manner.
Our cattle and sheep are grazed and managed in an environmentally sensitive manner.
We ship the animals to a certified organic processing facility that is totally USDA inspected
for the harvest and packaging processes.
